Frequently Asked Questions
1. What should I do prior to my consultation?
Please complete the initial questionnaire and bring with you all documents related to your immigration case (passports, I-94s, USCIS notices, approvals, denials, court papers, etc.).
➡️ Arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can start on time.
➡️ Make sure to have all documents ready during the consultation
2. I only have one simple question. Do I still need a full consultation?
Yes. Even a “quick question” often requires reviewing your entire immigration history to give you the right advice. One detail—like a past denial, visa overstay, or entry issue—can completely change the answer. Completing the initial questionnaire ensures we don’t miss important facts.
3. Can I bring friends or relatives so they can ask questions too?
The consultation covers only your case. If your friend or family member also has immigration questions, they will need their own consultation and initial questionnaire.
4. How do I know which visa or petition is right for me?
The right option depends on your personal situation—whether through family, work, or special programs. During your consultation, we’ll carefully assess your case and recommend the best immigration path.
5. How long does the immigration process usually take?
Processing times vary depending on the application type and government backlogs. Some cases may take several months, while others could take years. We’ll provide an estimated timeline tailored to your situation.
6. Can you help if my visa or petition was already denied?
Yes. We review denial notices, identify the reasons, and help you reapply, file a motion, or appeal if eligible.
7. What documents do I need to prepare?
Requirements vary per case, but commonly include: Passports, Birth and marriage certificates, Proof of relationship or employment and Financial records. We’ll give you a detailed checklist specific to your case.
8. How much will it cost to hire your services?
Fees depend on the type and complexity of your case. We provide clear pricing upfront during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect—no hidden fees.
➡️ Note that there are USCIS filing and processing fees are separate from attorney’s fees.
9. Can you assist clients outside the US?
Absolutely. We work with clients worldwide who are applying for U.S. immigration, whether they are based in the Philippines, the U.S., or another country.
